Stay way from here. Very high rents and they noise from other units in the building and particularly from the building next door at 58 Queensberry st is unbearable. Building next door is full of students, and there are wild parties every weekend from Thurs - Sunday, that's of course not counting Spring Break and Summer break when there are parties almost every night.  Need to rent an apartment?
