Apartment Review for Burbank Garden Apartments - Boston, MA

On first glance you will think that this is a great apt, but noise level here is bad, because of the poor build structure you can hear a neighbors every move that includes opening a candy wrapper. Once you mix that with neighbors playing loud music until early hours of the morning and stomping around on hardwood floors you wish you never locked yourself into a one year lease. If you want any privacy this is not the place to find it. Management tries to hide that this complex is funded by Mass Housing and there for 75% of the tenants are low income and saying that low income tenants are bad, however in this particular case it was not good. Mgmt. They are suppose to post a sign in the building however someone keeps taking it down. There are creepy guys that lurk the hallway and basement laundry room and try to start up conversations and make inappropriate comments. On the upside the place is clean I have never saw a bug or rodent in the two years I was there. On the downside I never got any sleep or felt safe in my bug/rodent free apartment.
