Apartment Review for Rathole - Boston, MA

After several attempts within the span of a week in january 09, I had contacted the Copley Group Maintenance Office to solve my problem of rat infestation. Many attempts were all made in vain for them to come out and relive me of rats within my apartment. Several times outside my door, they were seen scattered in the hallway and laundry room. The real problem is, they were not just little mice, they were really large city rats that somehow crept in to the building through spaces unknown. I repeat, many calls were made to get rid of these rats, every time called was a failed promise on the behalf of The Copley Group. I do understand cities have rats and other rodents, what I can not accept is the management company letting such a problem go unresolved and leaving my fiance and myself to wonder the true intentions of such a seemingly "pretentious" company. To date, rats are now heard underneath my shower scattering and making squeals only rats can make!!! I am certain The Copley Group has no intention of fixing this problem and I would advise whomever reads this please do not put any trust in this management scam or company!
