Apartment Review for The Copley Group - Boston, MA

This is THE WORST place I've ever lived. The management company ONLY cares about money and their own hides. There has been a strange, rank smell coming from the floordboards of the apartment I rented since day one. I've been reporting it now for the last 10 months consistently and they either ignore my requests or send people who're unable to resolve the issues. They expect me to consistently pay rent even though they are unable to resolve my issues and continue to tell me that they are going to hold me to my rent even though I'm living with this aweful smell. They didn't even have my apartment repainted or fixed when I moved in initially. I received my keys late on the day of the move and the apartment was in terrible condition when I moved in. If you report a problem, they basically screw with you until they feel you'll back off. You need to hit them heavy and don't sign a lease to begin with. Live somewhere else.
